I am seeking a proficient Flutter developer to debug and update a bulk MMS Flutter project (APK and Windows executable).

Key Features Currently Functioning:
- Capability to send an image to multiple recipients from a library of images. - Capability to reply to SMS messages received automatically with an image from a library of images.
- Capability to amend a blacklist based on keywords from received SMS messages.

PROBLEMS AND PROPOSED CHANGES
P1) The devices disconnect when there are more than 2 devices connected.
S1) It needs to be debugged so that more devices can connect with stability.
P2) When navigating away from the Send MMS screen all queuing and sending stops.
S2) Merge critical functionality into the Send MMS screen so there’s no need to navigate from that screen. Simplify the Send MMS screen to better utilize space.
S2.1) Eliminate the dashboard. It serves no meaningful purpose.
S2.2) Eliminate the health checks and instead verify functioning devices by sending a message periodically to a device designated for receiving test MMS messages which is the relay device. Health checks don’t work anyways. The check box in the device name box would mark the box as a relay.
S2.3) Include SMS monitor in the same screen as the SMS Send.
S2.4) Split the message queue and make it scrollable
S2.5) Below the message queue provide the device listing (scrollable) and allow each device to have a random delay and include the number of messages sent as a display item.
S2.6) The check box to the far right would be a disconnect option to disconnect the device. This can be manually checked or programmatically checked if a device fails the functioning tests with the relay.

I have the repo for the most stable version of the code in a zip file, the APK and the Windows executable also in a zip file but they're too large to upload here.
