"We’re developing LegalLink AZ, a modern legal-tech mobile app designed for law firms to connect with potential clients through QR-code marketing, paid legal messaging, and online consultations.

The app allows users to:

Scan a firm’s QR code

Ask basic legal questions for free

Pay per message for detailed advice

Schedule telephonic or in-person consultations through a built-in calendar


We’re looking for an experienced FlutterFlow + Firebase Developer (with Stripe and DevOps experience) to build and deploy our MVP to production.

You’ll take our existing Firebase project (already structured and branded) and turn it into a working, polished, cross-platform app ready for iOS and Android release.


Responsibilities

FlutterFlow / Frontend

Build and connect UI pages in FlutterFlow (login, chat, FAQs, payments, consultations, admin dashboard)

Implement a clean, modern interface using our brand colors (emerald green, white, black)

Configure authentication (Email/Password + optional Google sign-in)

Integrate calendar scheduling and pricing display per law firm

Test all flows end-to-end (login → chat → payment → booking)

Firebase / Backend

Connect app to existing Firebase project (LegalLink_AZ)

Implement CRUD logic for:

users, firms, faqs, conversations, messages, bookings, payments, consents

Configure secure Firestore and Storage rules (role-based: client, attorney, admin)

Set up custom claims for firm staff (admin, attorney)

Deploy Firebase Cloud Functions for:

Stripe Connect webhooks

Custom claim assignment

Notifications and consent logging

Optimize database structure for multi-state law firm scaling

Stripe Integration

Integrate Stripe Connect (Express) for law firm payouts

Configure test & live webhook flows for per-message and consultation payments

Handle firm subscription tiers ($299/mo small firms, $1,765/mo large firms)

Ensure platform fee routing (25%) and attorney payouts

Deployment / Delivery

Configure Firebase Hosting (web admin portal)

Prepare Android and iOS builds for submission

Document all setup and provide a 1-hour walkthrough upon completion

Integrated Firebase backend (secure rules, test data, production config)

Stripe Connect live + tested webhook functions

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience building Firebase + FlutterFlow apps end-to-end

Strong understanding of Firestore structure and security rules

Experience with Stripe Connect, webhooks, and payouts

Able to implement custom roles and authentication

Comfortable documenting DevOps setup for future scaling

Bonus: LegalTech or SaaS app experience
