"I need my Wix-hosted “Contact Us” form to feed directly into Zoho CRM so that every visitor submission—name, email, phone, message and any custom fields I add—lands immediately as a new contact (or updates an existing one) in the right module. The goal is simple: seamless, real-time customer-data sync with no manual exporting or copy-pasting.

Keep in mind, the form is a custom form and not one that is available on Wix as an app.

Scope
• Configure or build the integration between Wix and Zoho CRM using the most reliable method available (Zoho APIs, Wix Velo, Zapier, or a custom webhook—whichever guarantees stability and keeps data secure).
• Map all fields from the form to Zoho CRM, including any future fields I might add, so I can extend the form without rewriting code.
• Ensure duplicates are handled intelligently, updating existing records rather than creating clutter.
• Test the flow end-to-end and document exactly how I can monitor or modify it later.

Deliverables
1. Working integration deployed on my live Wix site.
2. Short step-by-step hand-off guide (screenshots or screencast welcome).
3. Confirmation that at least five test submissions appear correctly in Zoho CRM.
