"Title: Build MVP of AI-Powered Compliance Self-Assessment Web App (ChatGPT + Web)

Project Summary:

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of an AI-based compliance self-assessment portal.

The tool will allow users to upload policy or evidence documents, and through ChatGPT API integration, automatically produce a checklist, gap report, and suggested actions.

This is a small, focused MVP, not a large platform. It will demonstrate the concept and workflow for internal testing.

MVP Scope:

(1) Core features:

Secure login (email + OTP or simple password).

Create a project workspace.

Upload multiple files (PDF, DOCX, TXT).

ChatGPT analyses the files and returns:
 (a) A compliance checklist;
 (b) Gaps or risks identified;
 (c) Why each issue matters;
 (d) Recommended fixes and draft wording.

Save all outputs to the project.

Export a professional report (Word/PDF).
(2) Simple admin page to view all projects and download results.

Not required for MVP:

Integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Payments or subscriptions.

Dashboards, notifications, or analytics.

Marketplace or consultant modules.

Tech Stack (recommended):

Frontend: React / [login to view URL] with Tailwind CSS.

Backend: Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI).

Database: PostgreSQL.

Storage: AWS S3 or similar for file uploads and exports.

AI Integration: ChatGPT API (GPT-4 or GPT-5) + basic retrieval (vector search).
