"My Android app is finished and tested; what’s missing is the Google Play Console configuration that turns it into a live listing. I’m looking for someone who has already walked through Google’s release pipeline many times and can handle the technical setup quickly and cleanly. I’ll prepare all of the marketing assets myself, so your focus stays solely on the console.

Scope of work
Set up and configure Google Play Console
Optimize the app listing (title, description, screenshots, etc.)
Ensure full compliance with Google Play policies

Handle app submission and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the review process
Acceptance criteria
• Console status reads “Ready to publish” with zero policy errors
• All technical sections are green-lit and future updates can be uploaded without extra setup
• A brief hand-off note (or quick call) explains the steps you took and how I can repeat them

You should be comfortable with Android Studio, Gradle and, of course, the Google Play Console. Once I add you to the account, I’d like the whole setup wrapped up within two business days." (client-provided description)
