"I’m building a single-stop Android application, similar in spirit to GalaxyRecharge, where users can quickly top-up mobile numbers, recharge DTH connections and settle routine utility bills from one clean interface.

Scope
• Native Android build only – no iOS work is required at this stage.
• Core services: mobile recharge, DTH recharge and utility bill payments.
• Payments flow must rely on UPI; future hooks for cards or net-banking can remain commented or modular, but they are not part of this delivery.

Key expectations
1. Modern Android UI that keeps the steps to recharge or pay within two-to-three taps.
2. Secure UPI collect request flow, with success/failure callbacks accurately reflected in the transaction history.
3. Admin-side dashboard (web or in-app) that lets me monitor transactions, add new operators or billers and pull basic reports.
4. Clean, well-documented source code (Kotlin preferred, Java acceptable) plus a signed release APK ready for Play Console upload.

I will not provide operator APIs, brand assets and the GalaxyRecharge reference flow once we kick off. Please confirm experience with UPI intent/intent-based flows, any past recharge or payment apps you’ve shipped and an estimated timeline for an MVP that covers the four points above."
