"I already have both HubSpot and Xero running and the official HubSpot–Xero Connector is active. What I need is simple: from any HubSpot deal I want to hit “Invoice client” and have a fully formed invoice waiting in Xero a few seconds later.

Key requirements:

• Pull the HubSpot contact details straight into the Xero client record.
• Translate the deal line items into Xero’s itemised invoice lines.
• Copy the deal notes into the invoice’s comment area for internal reference.

If additional custom field mapping is required inside either platform, please set that up so the above three points flow automatically every time. The end-to-end action should be testable on at least one live deal: click the button, confirm the invoice appears in Xero with accurate client data, correct line items, and the notes in place.
