"I need a quick theme tweak that lets shoppers instantly see every color my item comes in. Within the product image gallery—right beneath the main photo—I want clean, clickable swatches that switch the gallery image to the selected shade. No hover or pop-up enlargement; the swatches should stay the same size at all times.

My theme is already live on Shopify, so you’ll be working directly in Liquid, HTML/CSS, and a bit of JavaScript if required. Deliverables are simple:

• Add swatches below the main product image, mapped to each variant’s featured photo.
• Ensure the first swatch matches the default variant that loads.
• Keep styling consistent with the current theme (font, spacing, border radius).
• Test on desktop and mobile so color selection updates the gallery smoothly and URL variant parameter updates as usual.
