"I need a complete Shopify-based e-commerce site that feels fast, looks great on every screen size, and is easy for customers—and staff—to use. The core of the build is a loyalty program tightly woven into the purchase flow, so returning shoppers are rewarded automatically without extra clicks.

Scope
• Theme setup or custom theme development, fully responsive
• Configuration of products, collections, taxes, shipping, and payment gateways
• Integration of a loyalty solution (Shopify API or an approved third-party app) with tiered rewards, points balance display, and automated email notifications
• Any supporting custom code or private apps written in clean, well-documented Liquid, JavaScript, and Shopify API calls
• End-to-end QA: cross-browser testing, mobile optimisation, and purchase-to-fulfilment checks
• Handover with clear documentation for future maintenance

Acceptance criteria
1. Store passes Shopify Performance score ≥ 75 on mobile.
2. Loyalty points accrue correctly on test purchases and are redeemable at checkout.
3. No console errors on Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, desktop or mobile.
4. Code is pushed to a private repo with inline comments and a README.
