"I’m looking for a native-English communicator to become the voice of our distributed engineering collective. You’ll step into a client-facing role where our software engineering team handle the code and you handle the conversation.
What you’ll do
• Join scheduled client calls and interviews alongside me and my senior engineers.
• Translate our technical updates into clear, business-friendly language and relay client feedback back to the team.
• Draft concise call summaries, proposals, and follow-up emails so projects keep moving smoothly.
Why you’ll fit
Your background in technical support means you already know how to bridge users and developers. You’ve told me you’re very comfortable explaining technical concepts, and you’ve worked in the Technology/IT sector, so you’ll feel at home with topics like full-stack architecture, agile sprints, and cloud infrastructure.

Scope and cadence
