"I’m building an MVP that helps people manage stress and anxiety by combining quizzes, mini-games, short calming videos, and one-on-one mentor support delivered through video calls. Here’s the experience I want delivered:

• Sign-up flow that lets visitors register either as mentors or regular users.
• A soothing, responsive homepage with motivational quotes and easy navigation to the three core areas—Games, Videos, and Menu.
• Menu section: users pick a mental-health concern, answer a dynamic quiz, then receive tailored self-care tips like guided meditation exercises. If their score shows they need extra help, they can start a video call with an available mentor.
• Videos section: scrollable gallery of short calming or motivational reels.
• Games section: lightweight stress-relief activities (e.g., balloon-popping, simple puzzles) that run smoothly in the browser.

Tech guidelines
