"I need a web-based inventory management application installed on my cloud server and reachable from any browser through a username-and-password login backed by one-time-password (OTP) verification. Two access tiers are enough—Admin and standard User—but the system must enforce them reliably.

Core workflow features are straightforward: create inward stock entries, record outward movements, issue items to specific people or units, and log the return of old stock. Every transaction should capture the person’s name and the unit that receives or returns the items, so all history is traceable.

From this data I expect three actionable reports:
• Stock movement (to see every in/out event)
• Inventory value (real-time valuation)
• Outsourced stock (anything that has left the premises but not yet come back)

A real-time dashboard, basic search, and clean CSV/PDF export will make day-to-day work easier. Once the build is complete, I need the solution deployed on my existing cloud instance, tested end-to-end, and handed over with clear user documentation so my team can go live immediately.
