"Turnkey" Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Car Rental Platform for Morocco
We are looking to acquire a complete software solution (White Label Mobile Application and Web Platform or existing solution) for the immediate launch of a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) car rental service in the Moroccan market.
The solution must be fully operational and perfectly adapted to the regulatory, technical, and cultural context of Morocco.
1. Market-Specific Compliance and Security for Morocco:
The platform must integrate:
• Insurance Management: A module capable of managing and validating insurance policies specific to P2P rental in Morocco, or a mechanism allowing seamless integration with local insurers.
• Legal Contracts: The automatic generation of bilingual (Arabic/French) rental agreements compliant with current Moroccan laws.
• User Verification: A robust process for verifying identity (CNIE), driver's license (valid Moroccan or international), and the risk profile of both renters and owners.
• DH Payment: Integration of major local payment gateways (e.g., CMI) supporting the local currency (Moroccan Dirham - DH) for both Moroccan and international cards.
2. Essential Platform Features:
The solution must offer comprehensive tools for all three parties:
• For Renters (Guests): Advanced geo-localized search, instant booking, payment, and cancellation. Dedicated interface for pre/post-rental check-in/check-out (photos/videos). Rating system for owners and vehicles.
