"I need an experienced WordPress specialist who can both streamline site performance and nail down accurate conversion tracking.

First, every contact form submission—including the form’s internal name—must be captured in Google Tag Manager, then pushed to my Google Ads account as a conversion. You’ll handle the full Tag Manager configuration: variables, triggers, and Google Ads conversion tags, ensuring the data flows cleanly and can be reported inside Ads with no duplicates or mis-fires.

At the same time, please give the site a noticeable speed lift. That means compressing imagery without quality loss, minifying CSS / JS, and putting a solid caching layer in place. I’m already using Google Ads and GTM, so any solutions should play nicely with those tools.
