"I need a complete food and grocery delivery solution that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The build should cover three distinct roles—customers, delivery drivers, and an admin team—each with its own tailored interface but sharing one robust backend.

Core workflow
Users sign up or sign in, browse nearby stores, place an order, pay inside the app, and watch their driver approach in real time on a map. Drivers receive new-order alerts, accept or decline, navigate to the pickup point, and mark each step complete so that customers and admins see live updates. From the web dashboard I should be able to manage users, menus, pricing, promos, payouts, and issue refunds when needed.

Tech notes
I’m open to native (Swift + Kotlin) or a high-quality cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native, as long as both stores get a polished, performant release. Standard payment options like Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay must be integrated with PCI-compliant handling. Real-time order tracking can rely on Firebase, [login to view URL], or a similar push/streaming service; accuracy and low latency matter more than the brand name.
