"I’m looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX designer who can jump into my existing Figma file, straighten it up, and leave it in a state that developers can immediately work with.

Phase 1 – File Hygiene & Foundations
• Re-structure pages, frames, and layers so everything follows a logical naming convention.
• Consolidate colours, text styles, buttons, and spacing into a lean design system that can grow with the product.
• Remove duplicates, fix auto-layout issues, and ensure components are truly reusable.

Phase 2 – Fill the Gaps
• Finish the post-event feedback flow, including empty, success, and confirmation states.
• Add a concise dashboard summary for hosts and planners.
• Draft the key screens for crew/volunteer and performer booking—requirement form, profile, and booking card along with other screens like admin panel

Handoff Expectations
• Developer-ready Figma file with desktop and mobile variants.
• Clear documentation or a short Loom walkthrough that explains components, states, and responsive behaviour.
