Scope
• Video creation is the priority: in-app camera, start/stop recording, basic trim, and a small set of filters or effects.
• User accounts with email or Google sign-in so clips stay tied to the creator.
• A simple feed that plays newly uploaded videos (algorithmic ranking can wait; chronological or basic popularity sorting is fine for now).
• Local caching and smooth, swipe-to-next playback similar to TikTok.
• Social sharing hooks (share link or native Android share sheet) once a video is live.

Deliverables
• APK and full Android Studio project.
• Clean, well-commented Kotlin or Java code.
