"I already have an ESP32-S3 running purely over BLE with a custom GATT profile. I now need to add a standard BLE HID service (media commands - volume up/down, next prev track) without disturbing the existing custom service or its handles.

Scope
• Extend the current firmware to advertise and operate the HID service alongside the present custom profile.
• Ensure both services remain visible and usable at the same time, with no UUID or handle collisions.
• Demonstrate correct pairing on Android/IOS as a generic HID media controller while my custom mobile app continues to read/write its own characteristics.

Acceptance
• Source code for ESP-IDF
• Working demonstration" (client-provided description)
