"I’m gearing up to launch a mobile marketplace dedicated to everyday commodity items and need a functional, cross-platform app ready as soon as possible. The core goal is to let buyers and sellers connect quickly, list products, and complete purchases smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Key objectives
• Build a clean, intuitive user interface that looks and feels native on each platform.
• Enable account creation/login with email, phone, or social sign-in.
• Allow sellers to post items with photos, pricing, and stock levels, then manage them from a simple dashboard.
• Provide buyers with robust search, category browsing, filters, wish-lists, and a secure cart/checkout flow (integrate common payment gateways).
• Implement real-time order and shipment status updates plus push notifications for offers or messages.
• Include an admin panel (web or in-app) so I can moderate listings, view analytics, and resolve disputes.

Scope for this phase
I’m looking for a working prototype—complete UX, connected APIs, and tested on both stores—so we can demonstrate the concept and start onboarding early users. Design assets are not final, so feel free to use clean placeholder styling that can be refined in later iterations.

What will set you apart
• Experience shipping marketplace or e-commerce apps on both platforms.
• Familiarity with Flutter, React Native, or any framework that ensures a single codebase without sacrificing performance.
• Ability to suggest scalable backend solutions (Firebase, Node, or similar) and implement basic security best practices.
• Proven track record of fast turnarounds without cutting corners on quality.

Timeline
I’d like to see an initial build within the first couple of weeks and a polished prototype shortly after—speed is critical, but stability matters just as much.
