"I need four quick adjustments made to an existing PHP + MySQL site. For now all work happens live through AnyDesk on my machine, where you’ll find FileZilla, Sublime Text, and Visual Studio already set up and connected to the database.

Scope of this first round is intentionally small:
• Add a few new fields to the current user-registration form and other custom areas I’ll point out.
• Update the related PHP processing scripts so the new data is saved correctly.
• Keep the layout and styling intact; minor CSS tweaks only if required for alignment.
• Test each change with me in real time to confirm nothing else breaks.

Clean, well-commented code is essential because I plan to hand you more work once we establish trust. You can chat with me via the open text file on screen whenever questions arise.
