"I want to launch a fully-responsive web platform that lets property owners list assets, investors purchase fractional shares, and administrators keep everything running smoothly. The build should include:

• Property listing pages with rich details, photos, projected returns, and legal docs
• Secure user account management with distinct roles for Owners, Investors, and Admins
• Seamless online payment integration (Stripe or a comparable gateway) to handle deposits, payouts, and transaction history

A clear, role-based dashboard experience is essential: owners must see their properties and cap-table; investors need a portfolio view with earnings tracking; and admins should control listings, KYC status, and fee settings. I’ll provide wireframes and basic branding—the rest, from database design to deployment, is part of the scope. Clean code, GDPR-friendly data handling, and automated test coverage will be part of the acceptance criteria. Once live, the platform should be easy to extend with additional modules such as secondary trading or a mobile companion app." (client-provided description)
