"I run a growing dog-walking service and I need both a customer-facing website and a companion iOS/Android app. The single most important feature is a smooth, real-time booking system where owners can pick a time slot, confirm instantly, and get notified of any changes.

Scope of work
• Mobile app (iOS & Android) built with a modern cross-platform stack such as React Native or Flutter. Users must be able to create accounts, request walks, reschedule, and receive push notifications.
• Responsive website that mirrors the same booking flow while showcasing key pages—home, services, pricing, and contact.
• Admin dashboard to open/close time slots, assign walkers, and view daily schedules.
• Secure login plus card payment integration (Stripe or similar).
• Deployment to the App Store, Google Play, and my own domain.

I may add GPS tracking or public user reviews later, so please structure the codebase for easy expansion.

Timeline: ASAP. Please include an outline of how quickly you can deliver an initial demo and reach launch.
