"I have an existing mobile app and the numbers show users aren’t sticking around as long as I’d like. My single, clear objective is to improve overall engagement inside the app—longer sessions, more return visits, and higher interaction with the core features.

What I need from you
• First, a quick audit of the current experience so I can see where friction points or drop-offs occur.
• Next, a concise plan that outlines the tweaks, additions, or UX changes you believe will have the biggest impact. Think interface refinements, smart push-notification logic, in-app rewards—whatever data-driven ideas you can justify.
• Finally, implementation of the approved improvements, plus analytics hooks that let us verify the lift in engagement after launch.

The app is live on both iOS and Android, built with React Native, and the codebase sits on GitHub. Familiarity with common mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar) and A/B testing workflows will be a plus because I want to validate every change.
