"I’m looking to launch an online marketplace where home-builders can instantly purchase ready-to-use house plans, and registered architects or designers can upload and sell their own blueprints on a revenue-sharing basis. WordPress + WooCommerce is my chosen stack, so you’ll be configuring plugins, a moderately customized theme, and any bespoke PHP snippets needed to make everything work smoothly.

Scope of work
• Spin up a fresh WordPress 6.x instance, apply a solid, responsive theme, and carry out moderate customizations (brand colours, layout tweaks, custom post types, WooCommerce template edits, etc.).
• Build a contributor onboarding flow: architect registration form, profile approval by admin, and a dashboard where contributors can upload plan files, set pricing, attach thumbnails, and manage earnings.
• Implement an admin review queue so every uploaded plan stays pending until I approve it.
• Create a shop-style listing with intuitive filters—plot size, BHK, facing direction, style, budget band—powered by WooCommerce attributes or a lightweight search plugin.
• Integrate Razorpay and PayPal for checkout, enable secure digital-product delivery, and configure an automated revenue split that deposits the agreed-upon percentage in real time to both my account and the contributor’s.
• Add essential pages (About, How It Works, FAQ, Contact) and set up Yoast or a comparable SEO plugin so the site ships SEO-ready.
• Ensure full responsiveness, fast load times, and clean code that meets WordPress coding standards.
• Provide a concise admin guide covering plan approval, payout reports, and routine maintenance.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional live site on my hosting, including SSL and basic security hardening.
2. Admin panel configured with contributor roles, plan management, and revenue-sharing logic.
3. Contributor dashboard with upload, sales stats, and payout view.
4. Payment gateway setup and tested end-to-end for both Razorpay and PayPal.
5. One-hour hand-over call or screencast, plus written documentation.
