"I want to revive an old PC game called Crazy Shooter Online (CSO) by creating a private server for it. My goal is to have the game run exactly like the original version, without any modifications to its gameplay, graphics, or mechanics.

At this stage, I only want the server to run locally (on my own PC) for testing and setup purposes. In the future, I plan to make it accessible to other players online.

The objective of this project is to turn the existing CSO game files into a fully functional private server that I can manage and control — including admin tools, server configurations, and related controls.

Please note that I currently only have the game client files; I do not have any server files or database for the game.

I only have experience managing FiveM servers, and I have little to no knowledge about how CSO works internally. Therefore, I don’t know what specific tools (such as admin tools or backend systems) are needed for this game. I prefer that you, as the developer, suggest the best setup and tools needed to manage and control the game server effectively" (client-provided description)
