"I need a full-featured informational site that presents our company clearly and confidently. The core pages will cover our story, services, team, and a contact form; no e-commerce or blog functionality is required right now.

Visual direction is traditional and professional—think straightforward typography, balanced layouts, and a colour palette that feels established rather than trendy. The design should render flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens, with accessibility best practices in place.

A lightweight content-management solution (WordPress, Statamic, or another comparable CMS) is preferred so my team can update copy and images without touching code. Clean HTML5, well-structured CSS, and minimal but purposeful JavaScript will keep performance high.
