"I have an 8–11-page mobile app already live on its domain and stored in a public Git repo. It was generated with [login to view URL] and rebuilt in Flutter, but right now only the skeleton shows—nothing actually works.

Top priority is getting every navigation button responsive; at the moment they sit there doing nothing. Once those are wired-up, I need you to walk through the rest of the workflow and activate each feature so the app behaves exactly as designed on both iOS and Android.

Key areas to tackle include:
• User authentication (email and social log-ins)
• Reliable data retrieval and display from the existing backend
• Push notifications that trigger at the correct events
• Allowing users to attach photos to reports and making sure those images propagate to the relevant screens

You’ll have direct access to the Flutter codebase and the repo history, plus my detailed page-by-page flow chart. I expect clean, well-commented commits and regular updates in the issues board so we can test builds fast through TestFlight and internal Android tracks.
