"Our non-profit site runs on WordPress and has four public pages that need a visual refresh. The current background colours clash with the theme, so I’d like each page shifted to a soft, subtle palette that feels cohesive across the site.

I will supply several of the photos and one short clip, but not everything; please fill the gaps with royalty-free or Creative Commons imagery and ensure each page ends up with one relevant video embedded and well-optimised.

Fonts and spacing also need attention: headings, body copy and buttons now appear in random sizes. Feel free to choose new web-safe fonts that balance readability and style, then normalise the sizing and line-height so the layout looks intentionally designed on desktop, tablet and mobile.

For the fourth landing page, simply duplicate the text from an existing internal page I will point out once we start, then apply the same new styling.

Deliverables I will review for sign-off:
• Consistent soft-toned backgrounds on all four pages
• All images replaced (mix of my assets and yours) plus one embedded video per page
• Unified typography and spacing that scales correctly across breakpoints
• Landing Page 4 content duplicated and reformatted to match the new look

Access to WordPress (with the current theme and builder) will be provided immediately; please keep any custom CSS tidy and limited to what the visual editor can’t accomplish. A short change log documenting what you touch will help me maintain it later.
