"My real-estate brand needs a hands-on creative companion each month who can ideate, design, and edit content that feels fresh across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The bulk of the work centres on two pillars:

• Promotional videos – quick-cut reels, property teasers, and short testimonial edits that blend real footage with generative-AI visuals; and
• Informative graphics – carousel posts, market-snapshot infographics, and bite-size tips that keep our audience educated and engaged.

All pieces must carry a creative, artistic flavour rather than rigid corporate styling. I already have raw property footage, 3D renders, and a library of brand assets; you will shape them into scroll-stopping deliverables using the generative tools you’re comfortable with (Runway, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar), along with your preferred Adobe, Capcut or DaVinci video suite.

We’ll lock in a monthly content calendar together, after which you’ll:

1. Draft concepts/thumbnails for sign-off.
2. Produce final assets in the agreed dimensions, codecs, and aspect ratios native to each platform.
3. Deliver editable source files plus polished versions ready for direct upload.
