"Senior Full Stack Team Lead (Claude Code–First | Django + Angular | Upwork Tracker Only)

Important:
This is a full-time, exclusive position (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET).
Upwork hourly tracking is mandatory. Manual time tracking is not allowed.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Team Lead to code and manage a small, high-performance team building a next-generation Agentic Real Estate Platform powered by AI agents that automate property management operations at scale.

This is a Claude Code–first full stack role, meaning you will code daily, use Claude Code to accelerate production, review pull requests, guide the team, and create automated test cases for QA. You will lead by example, balancing hands-on development with clear direction, quality control, and team accountability.

Role Overview
- Lead by coding fast, clean, and consistently
- Use Claude Code daily and know how to extract structured, reliable code
- Review, refine, and approve pull requests across backend and frontend
- Create and maintain automated test suites for QA
- Mentor developers and manage sprint progress

Required Qualifications

Technical Experience (Minimum 7+ Years)
- Django/Python: 4+ years production experience with Django REST Framework
- Angular/TypeScript: 3+ years developing complex Angular applications
- Claude Code Expertise: Daily usage in production workflows
- AI Integration: Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
- Third-Party APIs: Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks
- Database: Solid PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, optimization)

Leadership & Management
- Oversee day-to-day developer activities and sprint progress
- Conduct regular code reviews and enforce code quality standards
- Collaborate with QA to define automated testing coverage
- Help team members solve technical blockers efficiently
- Maintain visibility and accountability across development stages

Technical Skills Required

Backend
- Django REST Framework, Celery, Redis
- PostgreSQL optimization and advanced SQL
- JWT/OAuth, WebSockets, API versioning

Frontend
- Angular 19 (standalone components, signals, SSR)
- TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx for state management
- SCSS, responsive UI (CSS Grid, Flexbox)
- D3.js, Recharts, or [login to view URL]

AI & Integration
- Claude Code workflow mastery
- OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, LLM orchestration
- RESTful design, event-driven architecture
- Retry mechanisms, circuit breakers, and error handling

Development Tools
- Git/GitLab workflows

- pytest, Jest, Karma
- ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube
- Agile sprint collaboration

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading full-stack teams on production web platforms
- Ability to debug and optimize AI-generated code

- Familiarity with property management or enterprise automation platforms

Live Technical Test
Selected candidates will complete a live coding test (camera on + screen share) demonstrating real-time Claude Code generation and refinement.
