"I run a WooCommerce store that currently sells just two products—both are deposit payments for an in-person retreat. I want the checkout to feel like a simple form, so here’s what has to change:

• Keep only the Name and Email address fields visible at checkout. Every other billing or shipping field—street, city, postcode, phone, shipping options, etc.—needs to disappear.
• Remove shipping altogether so WooCommerce never asks for a delivery method or calculates a rate.
• After payment, send buyers to a custom Thank You page where my Google Ads conversion tag will fire. Email confirmation can stay as it is currently, but the on-page “Thank You” view must be editable so I can drop the tracking script.

I’m happy with lightweight code snippets in [login to view URL], a small custom plugin, or a proven checkout-field editor—whichever achieves the cleanest, fastest flow without breaking updates.
