"I need a straightforward real-estate website that gets the essentials right without unnecessary extras. The core requirements are:

• Property search that lets visitors filter listings by price, location, and property type.
• Individual agent profiles with photo, bio, and contact info.
• Embedded 360° or video virtual tours on listing pages.

A clean, mobile-friendly layout is important, and it can be built on WordPress, Webflow, or any comparable platform you’re comfortable with—as long as it’s easy for me to update text, images, and listings later.

Scope for this first phase is intentionally lean:
– Choose and install a lightweight theme or template that suits real-estate listings.
– Configure the three features above so they work smoothly out of the box.
– Add a few placeholder listings and two demo agents so I can see everything in action.
– Set up basic SEO plugins/settings and a contact form.

I’ll provide logo, colors, and hosting credentials. Deliver the finished site, CMS login, and a brief hand-off document so I can add real content on my own. If all goes well, follow-up work for advanced features will be available." (client-provided description)
