"2 tier referral system the works in Gohighlevel

[login to view URL] is Casey’s affiliate site where people sign up to become affiliates and earn 10% commissions.

From there, we need a two-tier setup so we can track who referred who.

The goal is to make it fully automated, so when someone fills out the sign-up form, they’re automatically assigned a unique affiliate code (for example, 1002).

Once they get that code, it automatically connects to their unique tracking page on [login to view URL], like:

[login to view URL]

The page will be the same for everyone but tagged to the affiliate who shared it, so any leads or orders that come through are tracked back to them.


For Jenn, she’ll have her own branded domain at [login to view URL], since she wants her page decorated differently. It’ll still track under Casey, since he referred her.


Basically, we just want this process fully automated — so when someone signs up, their code and tracking link are created instantly. Either we get a notification when a new affiliate joins, or it just populates automatically and lets them start using it right away.

Everything else (the landing pages, forms, and domains) is already in place.
We’ll just need to set up redirects in Cloudflare if any of the links end up being long or messy, so affiliates always have a clean, short URL to share." (client-provided description)
