Our company specializes in consulting for hotels and inns, focusing particularly on IT-related operations within the hospitality sector (such as replacing hotel core systems and selecting/implementing various systems). As part of this, we have also developed various management systems for clients using Microsoft Access (I am not an engineer myself, but have some knowledge of systems). We have actually built systems such as sales aggregation systems, accounts receivable management systems, accounts payable management systems, and invoice issuance systems. However, to expand our client base further, we feel the limitations of locally based Access. We want to migrate these systems to the cloud using Zoho Creator to enable remote operation and maintenance. While we have used Access for over 20 years and recently implemented quite complex functions by having AI write VBA code, we currently lack the time to learn Zoho Creator for this cloud migration. Therefore, I am reaching out to see if someone with Zoho Creator development experience could collaborate on development. My vision is this: I can handle requirements definition and business process design. I need hands-on guidance on how to implement these using Zoho Creator (plus Deluge), including automations not possible in Access, to jointly complete a single system.
For reference, I'm attaching the specification document (Accounts Payable Management System) exported from Access. Please review it to confirm whether such a system is feasible in Zoho Creator (e.g., not fully replicable but partially achievable) and consider applying. (While I aim to implement the attached system in ZOHO Creator, it was created several years ago. Therefore, I anticipate the migration will require reviewing table structures, naming conventions, and streamlining redundant elements).
