Visual & UX direction
I lean toward clean lines, bright accents, and bold typography that instantly signals speed and reliability. Animations and micro-interactions are welcome—as long as they stay lightweight and enhance usability.

Core improvements I need
• New front-end layer that replaces the existing UI with a modern, responsive design (React, Vue, or a similarly forward-thinking framework is fine).
• Refactored or rebuilt back-end so APIs respond quickly even under heavy order volume. A well-structured REST or GraphQL approach is ideal.
• Real-time order tracking that shows customers live status updates without constant page refreshes (WebSockets or server-sent events preferred).
• A customer review & rating system visible on each completed order, with easy moderation tools in the admin panel.
