"I already have a working template that was built last year on Freelancer, and I want to use it as the visual and structural guide for a fresh, modern-and-sleek site that represents my residential apartment rental business. The finished site will be kept lean—around five or six pages—but every page has to feel sharp, intuitive, and cohesive.

Core pages
• Home — a quick, attractive snapshot of who we are and what we offer.
• Rentals — one gallery-style page that shows each building, key amenities, and location highlights.
• Furnished Rentals — a separate showcase for our turnkey options, formatted much like the main Rentals page.
• Apply Now — a secure online application form that collects names, contact details, employment history, references, and any other fields we decide are essential. Submission should trigger an e-mail notification to me and store a copy in the site’s back-end.
• About / Contact — brief company background plus an easy contact form or click-to-call links.

Assets & guidance
I will supply the company logo, brand colours, building photos, floor plans, and the existing template so you have a clear design reference from day one. Think spacious layouts, clean typography, and plenty of white space.

What I need from you

• Make every page fully responsive and fast-loading.
• Style the tenant application form so it feels integrated, not bolted on.
