"I need our current WordPress site, built with the AVADA theme, rebuilt on a lighter framework such as Neve or Astra—though I’m open to an equally lean alternative you can justify—without changing the look or feel. My top priority is slashing page load time across the entire site.

Scope and key requirements
• Replicate the existing layout, styling, and visual elements on the new theme so visitors see no design change.
• Migrate and configure all existing plugins (there are several) to ensure full functionality and compatibility.
• Implement best-practice performance tactics—asset minification, image compression, lazy loading, optimized fonts, caching, and, if helpful, CDN integration—to achieve significantly faster page load times on both desktop and mobile.
• Provide a staging environment, run before-and-after speed tests (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, or similar), and fine-tune until results clearly beat current metrics.
• Transfer the optimized build to production and supply a short hand-off guide so my team can maintain performance going forward.

Timeframe
The entire migration and optimization should be wrapped up within 2–4 weeks, including testing and any minor tweaks.
