"I maintain a PHP-based web application whose front-end still runs on AngularJS 1.x. I’m looking for someone who can both squash our lingering bugs and move us onto a newer Angular version.

Current pain points
• UI/UX glitches: misaligned components, inconsistent styling and a few broken modals.
• Performance slowdowns: long initial load and occasional memory spikes.
• Functionality hiccups: intermittent API calls that fail, plus a couple of features that stop responding after navigation.

What I need from you
1. Audit the existing AngularJS 1.x code alongside the PHP back-end to pinpoint root causes of the above issues.
2. Deliver clean fixes and verify they work across our supported browsers.
3. Plan and execute an upgrade Angular without breaking existing features.
