"I need a clean, lightweight Android application that focuses on four key screens:

1. Secure Login
• Email-and-password authentication only. The flow should store credentials safely and keep users signed in between sessions.

2. Inverter Dashboard
• A single screen that fetches and shows real-time data from the inverter API I will provide (power output, status, temperature, etc.).
• The data must update live without forcing the user to refresh.

3. Profile
• Show the user’s basic details (name and email) alongside custom fields pulled from an existing Google Sheet. A quick sync button to refresh the sheet data is required.

4. Referral System
• Each user receives a unique referral code.
• The app should let them share the code, track who installs via that code, and display a simple count or list of successful referrals on the profile screen.

Deliverables
• Complete Android Studio project (Kotlin or Java) with clear package structure.
• APK for testing plus signed release build.
• Short setup guide covering API endpoints, Google Sheets linkage, and how the referral tracking is implemented.
