"I’m looking for a lean proof-of-concept mobile app that showcases core real-estate functionality on both iOS and Android.

Here’s what I need right now:
• User login, sign-up, and profile editing (email, phone, basic avatar)
• A simple feed of property listings—static or sample JSON is fine for this stage
• Push notifications (Firebase or similar) so I can test alerts for new listings or price drops
• A stubbed in-app purchase flow that unlocks “premium listings” to prove the payment path works, no full storefront required

Tooling is up to you—Flutter, React Native, or any cross-platform stack you’re comfortable with—as long as the same codebase builds for both platforms. Clean, well-commented code and concise setup notes matter more than pixel-perfect UI right now.

Please deliver:
1. Source code in a Git-ready folder structure
2. Test builds (APK + TestFlight/IPA)
3. A brief README covering environment setup, build steps, and how to trigger push notifications and test the purchase flow
