"I’m building a .NET MAUI app in Visual Studio, but neither the iOS nor Android emulator will start. Each attempt throws an error before the window even appears. I need someone to quickly pinpoint and resolve whatever is blocking the launch on both platforms so I can resume testing.

Here’s what I know so far:
• iOS emulator: fails to launch and shows an error message.
• Android emulator: same behavior—launch attempt ends with an error.

What I need from you:
1. Remote session to inspect my Visual Studio setup, SDK installations, and device profiles.
2. Identify the root cause of the launch failures on both emulators.
3. Apply or guide me through the necessary fixes—whether it’s Hyper-V/Intel HAXM settings, missing workloads, incorrect certificates, or misconfigured profiles.
4. Validate that both emulators boot and run the MAUI app without crashing.
