"I need a complete ride-hailing solution built for both Android and iOS that works much like Ola or Uber. The core flow is simple: a customer requests a ride, a nearby driver accepts, everyone can track the trip in real time, and payment is settled inside the app. To make that happen I’ll need three fully integrated interfaces, each with its own login and workflow:

• Customer interface
– Real-time ride tracking on an interactive map
– In-app payment gateway with cards, wallets or UPI
– Detailed ride history for past and upcoming trips

• Driver interface
– Ride request alerts with accept/decline controls
– Turn-by-turn navigation plus live status updates
– Earnings summary and daily/weekly reports

• Admin interface
– Web dashboard to manage users, vehicles, fares and surge rules
– Trip monitoring with the ability to intervene or refund
– Finance module for payouts, promos and dispute handling

I’m open to native or a proven cross-platform stack as long as performance, GPS accuracy, push notifications and secure payment integration are rock-solid. Source code, documented APIs, and help with Play Store / App Store deployment all form part of the deliverable.
