"Project Description: Senior Full-Stack/AI Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack/AI Developer to lead the development of a secure, data-intensive web application. This project is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) designed to transform complex, unstructured documents into actionable, verifiable intelligence. The ideal candidate will be a proficient problem-solver with a strong background in AI/ML, full-stack development, and a non-negotiable commitment to security and compliance.

Technical & Functional Responsibilities:
Secure Document Ingestion: Design and build a secure, HIPAA-compliant upload portal capable of handling high volumes of diverse document formats, including scanned handwritten notes. The solution must integrate with an external, SOC2-certified cloud service for processing and storage.

Multi-Model AI Orchestration: Implement a sophisticated, multi-model AI strategy for two primary functions:

High-Volume OCR & Structuring: Integrate and manage a high-speed, highly accurate Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system to convert large batches of documents into searchable, structured data.

Complex Reasoning & Analysis: Orchestrate multiple large language models (LLMs) to perform nuanced, rule-based analysis and provide actionable insights from the structured data.

Data Isolation: Architect a database and backend that enforces strict logical data isolation, ensuring no cross-pollination of information between client "matters."

Interactive UI/UX with Transparency: Develop a responsive, user-friendly front-end that includes key features for human oversight and transparency, such as:

Interactive Timelines: Display key events and data points in a chronological, filterable format.

Source Attribution: Implement a "glass box" feature where users can instantly trace any AI-generated insight back to its original source document and page number.

Human-in-the-Loop Workflows: Integrate explicit feedback mechanisms and a final "Publish" or "Export" action that requires human approval before any output is finalized.

Third-Party Integrations: Facilitate seamless API integrations with common business and document management systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
AI/ML: Proven experience with multi-model AI orchestration (e.g., Gemini, Claude, OpenAI), fine-tuning models for domain-specific tasks, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Full-Stack Development: Expertise in building robust, scalable web applications. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and managed services is essential.

Compliance: Deep understanding of data privacy and security regulations such as HIPAA and SOC 2. A "compliance by design" mindset is non-negotiable.

Front-End: Strong skills in building intuitive, interactive, and transparent user interfaces with a focus on user experience.

We're looking for a collaborative partner who can work within a lean, remote-first team. This is a unique opportunity to build a groundbreaking application from the ground up. I am evaluating whether to have a single development team or multiple development teams to work on this to get it to market ASAP. Time is of the essence and being first to market with a stable and quality MVP is paramount.
