"I want a small application that lets me work with a 3 × 3 grid. The idea is simple:

• The last two positions of the grid dynamically generate six values (a, b, c, d, e, f and x).
• then data collection continues in columns.
• The software should track every “x” and calculate the gap between consecutive x’s ineach coloumn.
• I need an “undo” or “reverse” action in case I enter something by mistake.
• A built-in random number generator should be able to populate the grid automatically; I’ll control its speed with a slow-to-fast slider. Also manual entry for data

Although I’m not fixed on any one language or interface, the tool must be friendly for general users. If Python with a lightweight GUI, a simple web interface, or another sensible stack helps achieve that, I’m happy to hear your recommendation. What matters is clarity, stability, and easy installation on a typical desktop.
