"I need a full-featured marketplace mobile app that ships simultaneously on iOS and Android from a single codebase. The core of the project is a cross-platform build (React Native, Flutter or similar is fine) that lets buyers and sellers interact through rich user profiles, complete purchases through secure payment integration, and leave ratings and reviews after every transaction.

Because this is a marketplace, the flow must feel seamless: smooth onboarding, profile creation, product or service listings, cart / checkout, and post-sale feedback. An AI layer will also be required—think smart descriptions, and AI pricing assistance. I’m open to your proposal on the exact approach as long as it is cost-efficient and can be iterated quickly.

High-level deliverables:
• Cross-platform mobile codebase ready for App Store and Google Play submission
• Admin or seller dashboard (in-app) for managing listings, orders and payouts
• Integrated payment gateway of your choice (Stripe MENA region) with escrow-style flow
• Ratings & reviews module tied to completed orders
• AI feature set implemented with a scalable third-party API or lightweight in-house model
• Basic documentation and a short hand-off session so I can keep updating the app after launch
