"I’m launching a new property development and need a modern, single-page microsite that acts as both a marketing hub and a multi-level referral engine. Here’s the experience I want:

• Visitors land on a sleek, mobile-first page that showcases the project highlights and captures leads.
• Registered users can create their own unique referral links directly from a simple button.
• Each link must record the owner’s ID, every click, and any completed purchase that comes from it, so commissions can be calculated automatically.
• A secure registration flow (email or social login) is required before link generation is allowed.
• An admin panel lets me search users, view link performance, export data, and adjust commission settings.
