"I need a modern, WooCommerce-free WordPress website that showcases our work in a Behance-style catalog. The goal is to explain what we do through rich images and clear text while letting visitors interact with our resources.

Scope and key features
• Visual catalog – Every project page must display an image gallery and concise text description. No shopping cart, just a clean, scroll-friendly showcase.
• References section – I will supply portfolio projects, client testimonials, and case studies that need to be presented in an organised, visually engaging way.
• File exchange – Visitors should be able to upload their files via a simple front-end form, and immediately access a downloadable ZIP package that I’ll maintain on the server. Basic spam protection and max-file-size handling are required.
• Easy catalog growth – Within the WP admin I want to add new sites or designs quickly. A custom post type with fields for images, text, and download links is fine; Advanced Custom Fields, JetEngine, or similar tools can be used as long as everything stays lightweight.
• Modern look & feel – Crisp typography, generous white space, and smooth transitions that match a contemporary design language. Mobile responsiveness is essential.
• Core pages – Home, Catalog (grid/list filterable), About/What We Do, References, Contact with file-upload form.
• Tech basics – Fast theme (Block Editor friendly or Elementor if performance stays solid), SEO-ready structure, and GDPR-compliant cookie banner.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured WordPress site on my hosting.
2. One reusable catalog template and 3 sample items entered so I can see the workflow.
3. Front-end upload form linked to a secure ZIP download.
