"I’m building an Android-only mobile app and need a straightforward AI voice agent that lives inside it. The agent’s first release should focus on two things:
• Offering spot-on product recommendations that match a user’s stated skin concerns and type.
• Answering everyday questions about how and when to use each product in a routine.

24-hour availability is essential, but at this stage I only need a lean, working prototype: a conversational flow, a lightweight knowledge base I can update, and clean hooks that my developer can drop into the app (SDK, REST or WebSocket—whatever you prefer). Please include concise setup notes so I can refresh the content as new ingredients or trends emerge.
