"I need an MVP-level social platform that helps travelers connect with one another. The core objective is simple: let people heading to the same destination discover each other, exchange messages, and decide whether they’d like to meet up or explore together.

Scope of this first build
• Cross-platform reach: one shared codebase that compiles cleanly for iOS, Android, and a lightweight web version. I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or another modern framework as long as setup is straightforward.
• Instant communication: real-time one-to-one and small-group chat with text, basic image sharing, read receipts, and push notifications.
• Interest-based matching: a quick profile (photo, upcoming trip details, a few tagged interests) and an algorithm that surfaces users with overlapping dates, destinations, or hobbies. Swiping or simple “connect” buttons are both fine—whichever gets us live sooner.
• Lean backend: secure login (email, Google, or Apple), scalable database for profiles and chats, and clear API documentation so we can expand later.

Deliverables
1. Working MVP uploaded to TestFlight, Google Play internal testing, and a live web demo.
2. Source code with setup instructions.
3. A short hand-off guide outlining how to add new features once funding grows.
