"I need a clean, responsive web platform that streamlines loan approval and disbursement from end to end. On the customer side the interface must remain straightforward yet informative, allowing each borrower to:

• View their account balance and transaction history
• Update personal information without admin help
• Track the real-time status of every loan request

Email-and-password authentication is sufficient for launch, but the code should be modular enough to let me add two-factor security later.

Behind the scenes an admin panel will let my team review applications, approve or decline them, set disbursement schedules, push funds, and manage user accounts. Clear audit trails, search and filter tools, and concise dashboards are essential; the goal is speed, not bloat.

Please deliver:
• Front-end UI and admin dashboard (mobile-friendly)
• Fully documented, well-structured source code
• Database schema and migration scripts
• Deployment instructions I can follow on a standard cloud VPS

Stack choice is open—Laravel, Django, Node/React, or similar modern frameworks are fine—so long as performance remains crisp and the interface stays simple for both borrowers and staff.
